Please follow these 4 simple steps to collect your system information:

Step 1: Download the File
- Click the download link provided to save the inventory script file to your computer.
- If your browser flags the file with a security warning (common for script files), click Keep or Allow.
Step 2: Run the File
- Locate the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder).
- Right-click on the file and select Run as administrator to ensure it has the correct permissions to read system hardware specs.
- If a Windows SmartScreen popup appears, click More Info and then choose Run anyway.
Step 3: Wait for the Inventory to Generate
- A command prompt window will open and begin gathering your hardware details.
- Please wait a few seconds while the script runs.
- The window will close automatically once the process is finished, and a new inventory file (INV) will be created on your desktop or in the same folder.
Step 4: Upload the File
- Return to this form/portal.
- Click the Upload or Browse button below.
- Select the newly generated inventory file and submit it.
